I need variety. Sometimes if something was really good I'll enjoy having some leftovers for lunch or dinner the following day, but I often end up freezing leftovers. I need variety.
No, I couldn't, I would get bored very easily.
There have been times when I've had to do that but I really prefer not to. I like a little variety.
I have really for the last seven weeks!

Plates of steamed veg for Lunch and Dinner.
The weight is coming off in a wonderful way, I'm not hungry....and all is well with the world.
I may have a few nuts on top, and a tad of dressing....
Yes I could if I had to. Otherwise it would have to be prepared in different ways.
I get sick of food quite quickly. Often I freeze leftovers if they last more than two days, and then a fortnight later we break them out again.
If I really liked the meal then I could eat it for about a week without getting fed up. I enjoyed a meal moderately then I could have it for about three days before wanting a change.
Can't do it for more than two days in a row.

As a teenager, my husband eat the same lunch every day for several years. He would be happy to do something similar now.... my son would be more than happy to have the same meal three times a day every day.

I'm right at the other end of the spectrum - once I've eaten a meal, I don't want it again for some considerable time! I don't even like having rice (or pasta or potatoes..) two days in a row, no matter how different the main part of the meal is with it.
I definitely need variety! I would get very bored of the same meal everyday.
No, I need variety or I go right off the rails!
No way! I need variety - My family needs variety when it comes to our food.
I'm happy eating leftovers for a day or too but then want a change. Many years ago, I cooked the same food every night for a week for my first husband and he loved it! LOL! He wasn't a foodie...
Yes, same meal for say dinner I can. 3 lamb loin chops grilled with nice crisp little tails with a tiny bit of salt on those tails. And 3 veg and a little gravy. Never get sick of it. OR
2 dozen fresh oysters and a little bread and butter. A quarter of one lemon is nice but not necessary.
Variety is the spice of life. I think it is better for our health and immune system to change the nutrients around a bit each day - and to eat in accordance with the food available each season, which is always changing too.

As I live on my own and love cooking, the answer is yes.

I seem unable to make recipes for one -and I also think it is a waste of time, so I cook and usually have the same meal at least 2 times in a row and often 3.

This does not really bother me at all.
I will sometimes freeze some of it and have it on a day that I work in the afternoons, however having the same meal day after day, as long as it is nice, is not a problem for me.

Yeah I probably could if I enjoyed it, I tend to go through stages with what I eat and often eat the same meal 2 or 3 times before moving on
The meal shown on the picture would work for me to eat every day but I would go broke buying it.....
I doubt I'd be able to eat the same meal as in the photo on a daily basis but recently I ate the same meals daily for 2 weeks as part of a diet - 2 x cereals 1 x tortilla wrap, chicken, peppers, salad.
