I don't know why, but I need a sheet at least on my legs and cannot seem to sleep with nothing on me....very strange as I cannot see what difference it makes.

I have tried so often in the hot weather but always end up pulling the sheet and light blanket up to my waist!

I seem to need a sheet over me, however when it is VERY hot, I sometimes shed it but...feel a bit vulnerable (crazy)

That is so funny, Finy! I used to be just like that until very recently. I usually have to have something covering my mid-section, but I've found that wearing a big t-shirt is good enough.

wearing anything is too hot here as it sometimes stays up to 25 in the night. AND I get hot flushes during the night so even if I wear something I wake up and it is off!

I normally take something to cover me. If it's very hot, then I will start off by not having any covers, but in the middle of the night, the temperature drops and then I feel like I need something.
Yes on a very hot night I hate any covers.
Sheets just make me cranky.
Blankets are on the chair.
I can happily sleep with no covering at all in summer! It stays pretty much the same warm temperature all night here in Nth Qld,so I am quite comfy to wear a big t-shirt and have my overhead fan going!
I find it impossible to fall asleep unless I have something covering me. No idea why but I guess it must date back to caveman times.... it feels very primal! If the duvet or sheet is pulled off me in the night, I'm woken by the sensation of no cover long before I feel the cold....
No I need a blanket even in hot weather.
Often do on balmy warm nights
I have a sheet and a doona and I like the doona to at least be up to my waist.
Yes especially when it is very hot
I need a sheet on me when I sleep . If it is hot, it can be a light one only until waist, but I need it .
I have at least a sheet over me, even in hot weather. I guess it just gives me some sense of safety at night, even though nothing terrible has happened to me.

No
I do need some cover , think its a comfort factor.
It just feels complete.

Summer=sheet, or if bit cooler, cotton-weave light blanket.

Winter=usually TWO doonas'. And if very cold, additional thick cotton-weave blanket .
Ditto to all :-)

no I always need something covering me to fall asleep
I don't need any covering. I feel the heat so often just lay on top of the bed with the overhead fan on. In Winter I usually just have a sheet covering me but if it is freezing, then a very light throw just to cover my shoulders is sufficient.
Have to have a sheet over me in case a murder breaks in and sees me naked, although he would probably get the bigger part of the shock.

Sorry, I pressed the wrong 'button'. I thought I was pressing the 'like' button!
No, I also can't sleep with anything over me. Even on a hot summer's night I have to have a sheet over me!

PS: I mean I can't sleep without something over me. (I'll get it right soon!)

I have a lightweight doona which I use all year (in winter I also have an electric blanket). I do tend to kick the doona off, particularly on summer nights when it gets really hot in Queensland.
