It is said that dinners should be early and at least 2 hours before sleeping. Can you stick to this norm? At what time do you have your dinner?

I'm an early eater nowadays and eat by about 6.45 pm latest.
I agree about the 2 hours before going to bed -I sleep better than if I eat later.
We have dinner by 9pm. My husband comes late from work
I usually don't eat till 9.30pm
We eat about 6:30 pm - 7 p.m.
Anything later, we hate it....unless going out with family, then 'anything could happen'!
I find it a real problem to eat late, and go to bed full.Yucky :(
I would like to say that I have dinner at around the same time every night, but this isn't so. Some days I might have dinner around 4:30 pm, on other nights around 9. Disgusting I know, but sometimes it cannot be helped.
I usually have dinner around 5 when I feed the kids. Any later and I'd never get them to bed!
I always eat between 7 and 8pm. Never later, it keeps me up otherwise and I'm a grouchy one in the mornings after no sleep!
I usually have my dinner by 8 pm. I have a habit of eating dinner with my husband. So If he is late, I wait for and have late dinner.
Not very late and not very early.Say by 8-8.30pm.
Now, any time from 5pm onwards, usually no later than 6pm, unless Dining Out with friends', when it'll be 7pm!
Any later, 'growly' stomachs' can be heard!
