A wide variety of small kitchen appliances are available in the market: coffee-makers, bread-makers, food processors, blenders, mixers, and the list is long.
Which small kitchen appliance have you found in your experience to be the best and most useful that you cannot work without and would recommend to all those who spend a significant time in the kitchen?
I love my good old food processor, and it's a two in one appliance, with a blender as well, in which I can make milkshakes, etc. I absolutely love chopping onions in the food processor, which otherwise I can never get chopped that small.
The sandwich press which is in use most days in winter for lunches. Other pieces I think I need tend to sit in the cupboard for years. But I would LOVE a thermomix. I'll just keep buying the Lotto tickets.
