Halloween is here! It's time to run from door to door, trying to keep up with our kids as they collect as much candy as they can carry. Obviously, we can't let our kids eat all that candy! What will you be sneaking from your kids stash?
I don't eat sweets specially made for Halloween. With big brand names, they are basically the same product as their usual sweets, only in a different shape, with different packaging, and more expensive. If I were going to have Halloween themed sweets, I would go to an artisan chocolatier's to get some proper chocolates.
If you are the one handing out sweets I would go for anything wrapped. Mini Milky Way or Kit Kats are great. There are many children who have nut allergies, so it is best to avoid chocolates or sweets that have nuts in them.
