On a hot day, what is your favourite drink?
Is it tea, iced coffee, bubbly water (as per the picture), plain or iced water, or something totally different?

Do you drink it because it is healthy, or because you like it best?

Water with fresh lemon, nothing as good.
The lemon is the key to health, staying cool and refreshed.
Cold coconut water. Since I've started drinking it, I crave it when the weather gets hot. It has potassium in it, which your body looses through sweat, so it helps to get the balance back. Water is my next choice.
Water is best on a hot day
Water. Ideally cold out of the fridge, but room temperature will do. It's the best way to stay hydrated.
Two drinks that come to mind. Soda Water - Cold. Works a charm for hot days. The other is Soda Water with Lime Cordial. Only a little to give it a little edge.
Chipp -I agree with you, hence I bought the Soda Stream so I could make my own Soda water whenever I liked.
And yes, tastes also great with a dash of lime.

Cold water is what I prefer - it's the only thing that will quench my thirst and cool me off. Bonus that it is healthy.
Coconut water is actually very good when I feel dehydrated! It is very healthy as well - a great substitute for any sports drink.
Tap water. Followed by a cup of tea. Being English, I will drink tea even if the sweat is rolling off me.

1st chose: Cold water. 2nd chose: Cold sparkling lemon mineral water with ice. We've recently started drinking this after coming home on very hot days via public transport. There it is, in the fridge door, waiting for us!
