Cold coconut water. Since I've started drinking it, I crave it when the weather gets hot. It has potassium in it, which your body looses through sweat, so it helps to get the balance back. Water is my next choice.
A mint drink, just blend up some straberries, watermelon and mint.The mint refreshes you while the watermelon hydrates you.Oh and adding the strawberries are a yummy way to increase your antioxidant intake.
1st chose: Cold water. 2nd chose: Cold sparkling lemon mineral water with ice. We've recently started drinking this after coming home on very hot days via public transport. There it is, in the fridge door, waiting for us!
