Are you conscious about your weight? What do you do to keep your self fit? Do you go to the gym regularly?

Yes, i keep a constant watch on my weight. But sometimes it gets beyond my control.
I do go to gym on a fairly regular basis. However I am very conscious of my weight. Just want to be fit.
Vey conscious, and I hate myself when I'm not the weight I want to be. I don't go to the gym, but do exercise at home, such as stepping, and go to a yoga class, and occasionally pilates.
I am.
More than I like to admit.
It is for me a tad of a loosing battle, me loosing!

No, not really. I try to keep fit but that's about my health, not my weight. I run a few times a week and since I don't drive I do a lot of walking as well.
I think everyone should be looking at their weight - not for society, but for themselves and their health. I'm not saying one should get on the scales every day, but be mindful of what you eat, when you sleep (how long you sleep for), and make sure you have a routine of some sort to keep fit - whether that means going to the gym, going for a jog/run/walk, or meditating.

I go to a friend's group training session once a week. Apart from that, I do regular night runs (after getting back from uni) and try to get a decent 6-hour sleep every night.
I can keep my weight constant so long as I eat without stuffing myself like a Thanksgiving turkey. Though I have taken up some light exercise since having a child to maintain my overall wellbeing.
