Yes I am afraid of dark. I can go alone in road, provided street lights are on.
I am a little scared of the dark specially when alone.

On the odd occasion I can be because I live alone. Otherwise I am not afraid of the dark.
Not at home, but if If I'm out on the streets at night alone then I'm a bit nervous.
I would never go out at night alone on foot.

I would in the car.
Yes...I can be scared of the dark.

So much can be waiting, looming, ready to pounce!
I just don't like it, and even in the the house....we leave one light on, for safety.
I wouldn't go out alone at night, but that has very little to do with a fear of the dark. As a child however, I was very scared of the dark. So I use to leave the light outside my bedroom on while I slept, otherwise I would sneak into my sister's bed and sleep with her.

I am not afraid of dark. I do avoid to go out alone if it is dark as I am afraid I might bump into something and get hurt.
I'm not afraid of the dark, but going out alone at night is not a good idea, especially for women, so I avoid it where possible unless I'm going somewhere well lit and well populated.
No. Living in Brisbane, where it is hot most of the day, I often go out walking in the evening and, as I live in a very safe area, I never feel concerned. I am, however, cautious and not foolhardy where I am walking, ie in wooded areas. I am always aware of my surroundings and do not wear earphones. As I walk in the suburbs I am always near houses in the event of any emergency.

I just don't put myself in any awkward situations', at any time, day or night.
