Can you sleep longer on weekends?

Or do you wake every morning at the same time, and are not able to sleep in?

I find this SO annoying!

I am retired, do not have to get up early, yet still wake at a very early time.

I cannot sleep in and usually wake around the same time and if I have something on my mind, I wake even earlier, like 4.30 am.

However I do not get up so early.

Sleeping in is my plan for old age.
Wouldn't that be lovely. I tend to wake up at the same time every day so on the weekends I enjoy the luxury of reading in bed for a while before I get up.
I do not work anymore,so one day is much like the rest to me now!! I always wake and get up around 6 each morning, and I find this is truly my favourite time of day! The birds are stirring in the branches of the trees, and their chatter as well as their song is positively delightful. There are no traffic sounds at this time, and it is still lovely and cool here in the tropics, before the heat of the sun does its work on everything at this time of year! I spend a good hour or so in the garden enjoying all the sights and sounds, as well as plucking a few new blooms to enjoy indoors. I figure I can always catch a bit of sleep if I need to,later on in the morning,or even in the afternoon. But my enjoyment of the early morning hours is precious to me,and I love waking and getting up early!
nope nope nope the baby has made his own schedule so its up every morning at 5:30 am

I wish I could do this, alas a toddler and changed body clock have ensure I cannot.

I can do that only if I slept late the previous night. I just end up waking around same time otherwise. Sometimes I force myself to not get up for an extra 30 minutes just so that I can soak in that it is weekend.

I wake up around the same at the weekends but I don't get up at the same time at the weekends

No I wish I could, mostly I wake up around 5.30-6.00 unless I have had a late late night...as don't have to get up it is annoying..

I certainly wake every morning at the same time, even if I retire to bed late.
I wake every single day at the same time.
A lifetime of being 'programed'..lol.
Just once I would like to sleep in, and as you get older....you stop sleeping 8 hrs too!

I have toddlers so I get up whenever they get up. However - every now and then my partner will take the kids and leave me to have an extra hour or so of sleep which is just heaven!
I usually wake up at the same time each day
I would get a gold medal in Sleeping In.
