Do you sleep like a log, so to speak, or are you easily woken up?

Yes, I am quite a deep sleeper. I've had full sleep-talk conversations with my partner in my sleep and have no recollection of it.
I'm a light sleeper.
I jump at the slightest noise.......unless, I am VERY tired. then I sleep well.
I think that's the reason I sleep so well these days, I'm always tired!

I don't woken up by natural sounds like rain, but noises made by people tend to wake me up - snoring, talking, etc.
Hi,
No i'm not a light sleeper, and i'm easily woken up; I hate light, TV, noises....
it's too hard to sleep
I sleep well and am not disturbed by the usual sounds in my house. I will wake up if there is an unusual sound, even if it's not particularly loud. When the children were young I would wake if they made a sound or were restless. I seemed to be tuned in to any sounds they made.
I am generally a light sleeper, and now am peri-menopausal so throw insomnia into the mix and I swing from can't sleep for about 3 hours a night, to sleeping but easily woken and then finally so tired from nights and nights of this that I could sleep on a washing line :)
Aliso, I wish you the best of luck; that sounds terrible.

Not at all! Once I do fall asleep, I'm at 'great depths'. Marvellous, 'cos I awake refreshed & ready for whatever the new day brings!
