I would like a soup maker however I have so many electrical appliances now - just bought an expensive Kenwood processor so keep figuring I do not need the soup thing but the soup thing cooks the soup and then blends it all in the one dish and I hate making dirty dishes!
I also need a Bamix or hand held blender as my $500 processor does not do nuts finely!
I also just bought myself a pressure cleaner which I HAD to have but have not used due to constant rain!
No doubt when I see the replies to this question, I will want more....!
Drying fresh thinly cut Mango is my favourite!!But I do all sorts of other fruits, and I also make Fruit Roll-Ups! Beef Jerky is another wonderful item to use the dehydrator for as well as Mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. In fact, the only limit is your imagination when it comes to Dehydrating foods!!! I really MUST get a new motor for mine with summer coming quickly!!
I would just like to replace my Dehydrator as after 20 years of use, the motor has finally given up the ghost! The great thing about getting a new one is that I can just add the trays from the old one(they are the same size, thank heavens!) and have twice as many!!!
Kitchen items, but not until we get a new kitchen, & we can't do that until we get rid of stuff in the house! Then I'd like a black/white kitchen, with all red kitchen appliances. Oh yes there is something else I'd love to have, (which Jonaj reminded me of)...a stick Dyson vacuum cleaner. I've read that are the very best. Expensive, but well worth the price.
Miro, one of my daughters had an expensive stick Dyson and ended up replacing it with the Electrolux model. She found it wasn't as good after using it (not sure how long she had it but would have been over a year). I could never get the darned thing out of its fitting not even to use hand-held. Since buying the Electrolux her 7 year old does the family room floor after meals and uses the hand-held part to get the biscuit crumbs off the lounge.
I'd love an electrical appliance to get the garbage bins up to the nature strip. It's okay when my husband is home but when he's away sometimes it's a struggle to get heavy bins up to the nature strip. I have good neighbours who have offered to help out but I don't like asking them. Sometimes I have the bins brought down after emptying to where my car is parked by one neighbour and I'm very grateful for this.
My pleasure Miro. I should add that we fave the expensive upright model Dyson which we purchased some time ago. It too has lost its oomph but apart from that, it's too heavy now to use so we've bought another type of cleaner (don't know the brand as my husband uses it). We'd always been an Electrolux family from when mum had the barrel type cleaner you used to buy from the travelling salesman many years ago and I'm sorry to say my husband decided to change brands but my faithful Electrolux is still performing for one of my daughters.
